Affordable Housing

The Wishcamper Companies is a real estate development and asset management firm that specializes in developing affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families.  Our affordable housing portfolio includes a variety of projects, such as senior and family housing, financed through HUD, Rural Development, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  The portfolio includes both new construction and the rehabilitation of existing properties.

The company has developed and managed over 15,000 affordable housing units since 1976.  We currently invest in approximately 75 properties across the United States.  We work with a variety of partners, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups, to create housing that is affordable, sustainable, and meets the needs of local communities.
