Lyndel J. Wishcamper, Chair
Lyndel J. "Joe" Wishcamper has a long and distinguished career in affordable housing, having entered the industry in 1970. He has been an owner/developer of over 15,000 units of affordable housing throughout the United States. Joe is the president and sole owner of Wishcamper and its affiliates, and is also a non-executive partner in a number of other affordable housing development companies.
Jim Hanley, President
Jim has served as the CFO, CEO and President of real estate investment companies for over 20 years. An attorney and certified public accountant, Jim brings extensive experience in real estate, finance, and taxation. He serves on the boards for Avesta Housing and Cheverus High School. A native of the Boston area, Jim resides in Falmouth Maine with his wife and three daughters.
Alyssa Dean-Littlefield,
Chief Investment Officer
Alyssa manages the legacy Affordable Housing portfolio and brings over 10 years of experience in the field of affordable housing. Prior to her role at Wishcamper, Alyssa was the Director of Asset Management for Avesta Housing, Northern New England’s largest developer and owner of affordable housing. She was also previously a Senior Asset Manager at Northern New England Housing Investment Fund (NNEHIF).
Charlie Duprey,
Vice President of Solar Development
Charlie is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and facility management and functionality of Wishcamper’s solar assets. In addition to overseeing all asset management activities, Charlie is responsible for all aspects of project acquisition and investor relations. Prior to his current role, Charlie worked as a strategic initiative consultant for State Street Bank & Trust where he was responsible for implementing financial growth opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
Tanner Schmit, Asset Manager
Tanner assists in the management of Wishcamper’s solar and affordable housing assets. Prior to his current role, Tanner worked for Evernorth, a Portland-based non-profit developer and syndicator of affordable housing, where he analyzed and underwrote tax credit investments throughout New England.
Jill Hannigan, Controller
Jill is responsible for managing the accounting needs and records for Wishcamper’s portfolio. In addition to necessary accounting, Jill is responsible for producing financial statements, overseeing cash management and procedures, and other accounting and executive functions. Prior to her current role, Jill spent time working in real estate accounting in Washington, DC. She also had roles in public accounting and in the hedge fund administration industry.
Elaine Charette,
Paralegal and Executive Assistant
Elaine manages the needs and priorities of the Wishcamper team. A former managing paralegal and law firm administrator, she brings to The Wishcamper Companies 25 years of high-level executive support, administrative management, organizational and logistics coordination experience.
